What Changed
Effective April 2026, PSA has reorganized its submission tiers. The base "Value" tier has been reduced from $25 to $18 per card, making grading more accessible for bulk modern submissions. A new "Express Plus" tier has been added at $150 per card with a guaranteed 5-business-day turnaround.
New Tier Breakdown
Value ($18, ~60 days), Economy ($50, ~30 days), Regular ($100, ~15 days), Express ($150, 5 days, new), Super Express ($300, 2 days). Declared value limits still apply per tier; cards valued over $1,500 cannot use Value or Economy.
What This Means for Collectors
The price drop on the Value tier is welcome news for collectors sitting on stacks of modern cards they have been hesitant to submit due to cost. The math now works out positively for most cards with a realistic PSA 10 pop of under a few thousand. The new Express Plus tier fills the gap between Regular and Super Express for time-sensitive submissions.
